Andrew also maintains a strong network of mortgage brokers and real estate investment advisors, providing HPM clients with the confidence to economize management efforts to a one-stop shop.

Jaime DeVillota
Account Executive: Greater Los Angeles

With over 16 years of experience, Mr. DeVillota manages HPM's extensive portfolio of multi-family and commercial properties throughout the greater Los Angeles region. Also fluent in Spanish, Jaime immediately builds strong tenant relations resulting in timely rent collections, minimal repair issues, and an overall streamlined management of the property and tenants. In addition, Mr. DeVillota's rent control, code enforcement, and Section 8 experience has led him to develop a network of contacts within those agencies and a practical understanding of maximizing the investment's financial performance.

Donna Gaiter
Account Executive: South Bay

Ms. Gaiter's eight year background in property management and leasing has developed her excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge to specialize on quick vacancy turnover for our client's multi-family and pride of ownership SFR properties. Donna's extensive experience with investment property accounting and budget forecasting enable her to identify predictive indicators for capital expenditures and preventative maintenance, which delivers strong return of investment for our clients.

Ms. Zelaya wears many hats at HPM. Bi-lingual receptionist, repair administrator, filing clerk, and in-office support to Account Executives are some of the many tasks Lydia accomplishes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
